Cozy interiors full of design in the heart of Krakow - Aparthotel No. 23

No. 23 Aparthotel is a boutique hotel located in the heart of Krakow, on Piłsudskiego Street leading from Krakowskie Błonia to the vicinity of the Main Market Square.

The history of the tenement house where No. 23 Aparthotel history dates back to 1875. The building is adjacent to the Academy of Fine Arts and the former studio of the world-famous artist Olga Boznańska. The tenement house is representative, renovated and intimate. The Aparthotel located there can currently accommodate about 50 guests in 23 cozy rooms, whose unique atmosphere is created by Iker chairs and armchairs.

Hotel interior designers focused on a combination of mild light gray and intense colors: red and yellow, which soothes the senses. Walls of rooms and corridors are a gallery of works by respected Polish poster artists. The aesthetics of the interiors refer to the high, artistic energy of Krakow, where tradition and history are harmoniously combined with modernity, and the urban fabric is full of contrasts.

The interiors of the 23 rooms feature furniture from the inspiring Cheri and Mannequin collections. Both series are the fruit of long-term cooperation between the Iker brand and designers from the well-known German studio WertelOberfell. The Mannequin Lounge armchairs, Cheri Boucle, Cheri Trend, Cheri Chrome Velours and Mannequin chairs are signed with the name of this studio. Permanent cooperation with world-renowned designers has been a standard at Iker for decades.

Armchairs and chairs from the Cheri and Mannequin collections are ergonomic designs in which high quality materials are combined with a timeless, harmonious form and modern trends. Black, stable and cool steel elements, subtle and soft upholstery made of high-quality velor, seats inviting with their shape to sit down and make yourself comfortable - these are the characteristics that make the Cheri and Mannequin collections a harmonious duo that gives hotel interiors a refined character. The contrasting colors of the upholstery allowed the designers to come up with interesting arrangement solutions. Each of the rooms has a unique character that makes it unique. An important element of the arrangement of the aparthotel lobby is the use of Cheri chairs also in the reception area. Not without significance is the fact that No. 23 Aparthotel is focused on ecological solutions. Bearing in mind the care for nature, all information carriers in the aparthotel are electronic, where possible, plastic has been abandoned, and solutions have been introduced to effectively use electricity and water. Iker furniture fits in with the ecological mission of the aparthotel by offering its long life cycle resulting from high quality. Cheri in the Boucle version is a product that is heading towards carbon neutrality, in accordance with the assumptions of the New European Bauhaus. The materials Cheri Boucle is made of are recycled fabrics and wood from controlled, limited logging of European trees. Materials are processed manually, and energy-intensive technologies replace the work of craftsmen only where it is energy-efficient.

No. 23 Aparthotel is an ideal place for tourists and people on business trips who, while visiting Krakow, would like to breathe the cultural atmosphere of the Old Town and feel its unique atmosphere. Staying in beautifully furnished hotel interiors allows you to take a breath, relax, stop in the daily rush.
